Palais-Royal Notaires was born from the merger of the Blanchet and the Plocque-Katzner offices in November 2019. The firm is currently managed by Cédric Blanchet, who is former President of the Chambre des Notaires de Paris , Julien Plocque and Alexandre Katzner.

Palais-Royal Notaires is the result of an alliance between two emblematic offices in the history of the Parisian notary offices. Its permanent objective is to reconcile tradition and modernity. The office is equipped with the most modern technological means to assist its clients on a daily basis and thus ensure legal certainty and efficiency, and welcomes its clients in its Palais-Royal premises in the 1st arrondissement at 11 rue de Beaujolais.
