Alexandre KATZNER is specialised in real estate and property law.<\/strong><\/p>

He assists private clients in the structuring and organisation of real estate transactions, as well as in the management of their business.<\/p>

He also assists institutional clients in real estate transactions in the residential and service sectors.<\/p>

He works in particular on cross-border transactions for English-speaking clients in the field of real estate sales and estate planning.<\/p>

He started his career as an M&A lawyer with Latham & Watkins and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton law firms before joining the finance department of a global leader in the energy sector in its M&A department. He is a graduate of ESSEC (\u201cgrande \u00e9cole\u201d programme, 05), a LL.M from New York University (LL.M in Corporate Law, 02) and an MBA from INSEAD (MBA, 11) and a former member of the Paris Bar.<\/p>

He is also a laureate of the Faculty of Law in Strasbourg.<\/p>

His working languages are French and English.
