C\u00e9dric BLANCHET has been a partner notary since 1997, specialising in real estate law, particularly for professionals and companies.<\/strong><\/p>

He assists private individuals, but above all real estate professionals and industrialists in managing real estate business.
After having taught law to notaries, he has been involved in various assignments in notarial institutions.<\/p>

He successively held the position of First Syndic of the Chambre des Notaires de Paris (2012-2015) in charge of discipline and ethics, then President of the Paris CRIDON (Center of research of the notaries) from 2015 to 2018.<\/p>

After serving as First Vice-President of the Chambre des Notaires de Paris (2018 to 2020), he was President from 2020 to 2022.<\/p>
